Kathy Seff was awarded a NYFA SOS Grant by the East End Arts Council. The grant was to study with her serigraphy mentor and complete a new body of portraits in glass. For those of you who have seen the portrait currently at the studio will be delighted to see the completed body which has been exhibited in Tribeca, Patchogue and now at the Bayport Studio.
