You must have with you: 1) Credit Card that you used to purchased online & 2) Photo ID. The names must be the same on each ID Verification Our Promise We promise to serve the public, as nearly as we can, to its complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, you can return it. We promise to make an exchange, issue a refund or credit on any purchase within 30 days. We promise to be fair and reasonable with each customer on any complaint or adjustment, always considerate of the customer's point of view. Sales Tax We only collect Sales Tax on purchases shipped to an address within our state. Sales Tax rates are subject to change. Delivery Times You can expect delivery in 5-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. We accept orders from the United States, Canada, Great Britian and Norway. Please contact us thru our Contact Page if your country is not mentioned here, we do make exceptions. The delivery address must match the address on your Credit Card Statement, unless Gift Shipping is specified. All deliveries will require a signature. Our Return/Exchange Policy When you receive an order, take a look at it. If you are not completely satisfied, contact us for a Return Authorization Number. Then ship the item back to us with a copy of your receipt, include the RMA # on the outside of the package, the item must be shipped insured, signature required to the address below, shipment without a RMA will be refused. In order to maintain the service you�ve come to expect from us, a returns processing fee may be applied.
