The rim of this artistic server are both molded up and down to look like a wave and splashed with colors of summer. Handmade in hot glass techniques as can be seen with the air bubbles that are visible and encased in the glass. Created and signed by Kathy Seff. Measures 7 1/2" square x 1" high
